IMO, Detriot should be firing their GM rather than one of the only Lion OC's that has actually developed a decent product. How about some defense or an Oline for that matter.

This is the reason Detriot will remain losers. Matt Millen is a joke. :wild:

Martz undermines authority, he doesn't want to run the ball, he can't be told what to do, and his offense is not suitable in the NFL on a team with a bad o-line. he SHOULD be a head coach in college.

If he does go to SF, do not pick Gore for your fantasy team next year

Wasn't Kippy Brown a Texans coach for a few years?

I recall a lot of people clammering for him a couple years back. If you do not want to run the ball in the NFL you might as well go coach a Team like Hawaii because that nonrunning crap is never going to work in the NFL.

Just an FYI, he won't be coming to SF. It's pure speculation and I think they just said that because we fired our OC. Supposedly the guy Nolan is interested in to hire is Chan Gailey, the dude who got fired from the Georgia Tech gig a little bit ago.

Wasn't Chan Gailey the guy who sold us on the dynamic running skills of Tony Hollings? Just curious.
