mcneil vs whitworth...

    anyone else watching the lsu vs auburn game? ive been watching since the 3rd started and im keeping an eye on marcus mcneil and whitworth exclusivley...

    what do you guys think?

    mcneil looks like a mid 1st rd talent...to me

    whitworth looks like a mid to late 2.

    thoughts?

    and anyone know when v-tech gets broadcasted down here? im eager to see d-brick...

    i believe d'brick goes to virginia as opposed to tech. marcus vick goes to tech.

    i was at the game and would say that both played pretty well. whitworth did well against McCllover, who is one the the better if not best pash rushers in the sec. Andrew was able to cut down on the holds that have been a problem for him the first couple of games.

    here is what i've seen so far this season with both tackles...whitworth is more of a technician than a mauler...he has refined his skills and can both pass block and run block with the best of them...reminds me of matt light with the patriots

    mcneill on the other hand is a mauler...big and strong in the running game...not as fast as you like for a guy who has to go against freeney twice a year...think jonathan ogden type ability as far as pass blocking goes
