    I like him and wouldn't have a problem at all with the Texans trying to get him in here.

    Damn it, if we hadn't signed Shaub before the year then this would be a fantastic opening. Unfortunately, there isn't any option but to start Shaub because of the money attached to him. A'int gonna happen.

    Agreed. I don't think Matt's contract makes him the defacto starter. If the Texans didn't think he could play, he wouldn't play.

    But, I think the contract says they've got absolute confidence in him.
