Mario pretty much admitted that he had opprotunities to make plays but he didn't....

    Whatever that means...

Seemed like a pretty fair analysis, hopefully Mario gets rolling by season opener.

That's a pretty accurate assessment. That's how I saw everything. Mario will be fine.

Thanks for that. Rep coming your way.

i think your being a little generous on your assesment.

couple of examples, play 8 -- if your taken out of the play and run 5 yards past the qb. you didnt beat your man. you got pushed out of the play.

play 14 what you calling holding the point i call getting blocked by a second string tackle. while benson runs free.

i watched mario pretty closley and didnt see a lot of positives. but ill wait till the regular season to get to worried.

This was an assessment by jerome Solomon, not TexanAddict. And FWIW, King Solomon is notorious for bashing the Texans.

Didn't see a whole lot positive in that breakdown...

If you count the plays where he says Mario had no chance to make a play as a wash, that still leaves more negatives than positives...

Towards the end of the breakdown it seemed as if Mario was getting worse...

I'd say he is more notorious for speaking his mind than bashing the Texans. We are just thin skinned at times.

I didn't know calling the entire fanbase in the town where you work "losers" was just speaking your mind. :ok:

thing is the ball is in VY hands on offense 100 percent of the time.. Reggie..less times than VY(obviously)

Mario only time you will see his stats is if he gets a big play (sack,Forced fumble,INT) or if he gets a tackle.. lots of folks won't see the little stuff like if he gets 2 people on him and opens up other defensive linemen or keeps an OL off of Demeco..... mario will have a lot of "behind the scenes" stuff (hopefully) ....now if an OL is handling him one on one on a consistant bases ..then we have problems.
