Reported on 610 am--Coleman suspended for 4 games for violation of league's substance abuse program.
glad he's not with us anymore....
----Insert Cowboys joke here----
It's gotta be the air in dallas...
Was probably cold medicine or something the trainer rubbed on him...
Anyone here know why the cowboys play on a pile of dirt?
Because they snorted all the lines and smoked all the grass!
:insert pity laugh here:
Cowboys | Coleman facing a four-game suspension
Tue, 22 Aug 2006 12:16:11 -0700
Mac Engel, of the Star-Telegram, reports Dallas Cowboys S Marcus Coleman is facing a four-game suspension from the NFL. League sources confirmed Tuesday, Aug. 22, that Coleman has violated the NFL's substance-abuse policies. He's expected to be suspended for the first four games of the regular season. In July 2004, Coleman was convicted of a drunken driving charge in Houston. Coleman played the past four seasons for the Houston Texans.
Remember the Colts game last year, is that why he rode Edgerrin James' back one time, he was so hopped up he fell asleep? I say stop hiding why they are being suspended, if you seem proud enough to let some illegals stay in your system, these sport leagues should should let us know what it is. No better way to help the NFL's fight against illicit drugs than me cracking open my newspaper one day after being suspended and in big letters reads
DVIZZL IS A CRACKHEAD
Instead these players can take joy in knowing you and I will never know--SAD
It comes out virtually every time. Coleman was in the program because of his DUI on the way home from the taco place on Kirby and Downing Street having drinks with Sharper and someone else I can't remember.
Ya I get that but he also may be full of cocaine (not accusing him or anything). It's like when Ricky Williams got suspended this last time it was for not showing up for the test, we all knew he was in the program for marijuana. For Coleman it can also be anything, we just assume it was drinking.
Glad he is no longer here then......
I was hopeful that being back with Glenn would help Coleman straighten up his act. Guess not.
Who cares, he's Parcells problem now !!
No sympathy for cheaters!!
I doubt the 4 game suspension will really mean much. I doubt he was going to play this year anyway.
