Took the opportunity to watch MIA vs VA today and see D'Brick and Winston play. Although I've never played OL, my observations are as follows: D'Brick: Very athletic LT; sustains blocks well; good feet--quick lateral movement; good balance; he made one pla where he blocked one pass-rusher--took him down and then blocked another. Curiously VA chose to run mostly to right side...wasn't sure why. He's big, but not massive. Winston: Huge drive blocker; pushes his guy around with ease; sets up well on pass block; feet OK; hands very good; kept his guy away from QB on all plays I saw. Great run blocker, opened some huge holes. I think either guy helps our line, but I'm not sure Winston is the answer at LT, he would probably be fine as a RT. D'Brick looks to have the feet/athletism to handle quicker/faster DEs, eventhough Tapp (VT) gave him a few problems. At this point I'd consider spending a top 5 on D'Brick and probably a 10-15 on Winston. Just my opinion, the rest of the season and off-season will solidify where they both grade out.
