How great would that be? I am sensing a bit of a tide in attitude around here as this home game gets closer and closer. Me as well. I am getting tired of the negative emphasis. Its time to start getting pumped up for this Sunday. We need to be huge as a crowd this weekend. There is alot to be excited about. Gibbs 4th game as our coach is going to bring us huge results against those small DTs the colts are throwing at us. Ugoh is going to continue to struggle, and Mario and Amobi (who had his best game last week) are going to put alot of pressure on Manning come Sunday. Jacoby is going to break free for a huge Punt return again. We have a great battle ahead of us amigos. Its been a rough past few weeks for everyone. The Texans are home, the weather is going to be perfect, the tailgating is going to be kickin' ass, and the WIN is going to feel good! Lets focus on why we are going to win this bad boy.

Nah, we would own the tiebreaker. They would be in 4th.

I'm looking forward to leapfrogging the Colts, and starting our charge toward a winning season, and reinforcing Fortress Reliant as a horrible place for the opposition to visit.

We wouldn't actually be leapfrogging them. We'd just jump on them and stay there, lol.

No if we beat them this week, it would be more like a classic WWE match......we will have them pinned, but then they'll kick out of it and end up pinning us for the three count before it's all said and done.

Hey, we're willing to share it for a week and then we'll give it to you all to yourself the week after.

    We're generous like that.

I am glad you started this thread! I was just about to! The negativity was really getting to me. We got our butts kicked week 1, did not have a week 2, played damned well for all the adversity on week 3, were 1 play short on week4 but played very well and entertained the hell out of me!

Now it is our turn! Our 1st home game in week 5 (can you believe that?) We need to be the proverbial 12th man! Get there early, be loud, proud and not let that whiney manning hear his own thoughts! I am soooo excited about this game that I can barely stand it! Let's go kick the crap out of the colts and get this season back! :bat: "Did we give up when the germans bombed pearl harbor?"

We all said that we expected a 9-7 season. I am no mathmatician but 3 is not 7!!!!

How about using that southern hospitality and just rolling over for us this week huh? That would be real nice and right neighborly of you.

Nah, we remember how Indy would be kickin our teeth in and feel they needed to still trot Peyton Manning out late in the 4th. No rolling over here:pirate:

    El Tejano,

Your right on there. Division teams get no mercy, so I don't' expect any from the Texans. Couple of picks from Shaub would work though. He had a good game last week, now it's time to fold.

So... when do you think the Colts will win a home game? Could be a while at this rate.

    That must suck.

We'll just take a win at your home field for now.....

We only have 2 home games in the next before month + before we host the Texans on Nov 16th.

    vs. Bmore Oct 12th
    vs. NE on Nov 2nd

So I would say we have a couple home wins coming.

seriouslly people, this is our 1st home game of the year. not to mention we'll be fortifying Fortress Reliant for the next MONTH ( what an oppurtunity to build some momentum) . So, when we win this sunday, we wil no longer be in last place, and that's the first step we must take.
sorry for my knack for the obvious. i'm just ready for the turnaround that I know is coming :texflag:

I'll be in Austin this weekend. Will they be showing the game there? It sucks that I'll miss the Texans home opener. Unlike the previous games we've played against the Colt, I have a good feeling about our chances this week.
