    I would feel more comfortable if we had a better back up QB. This guy is on the team just because Smithiak doesn't want to admit they made a huge personnell mistake.

    I feel Yates has a good chance of developing quickly. But if we don't get a vet backup at least to look over during camp, we're crazy.

    Most teams who make the playoffs do so when the starting QB takes the vast majority of the snaps.

    And it's just a shame that Carr almost never got injured. The Dave Ragone era would've been awesome.
