    Maybe his teammates and coaches didn't vote him best defender on the team 2 years in a row for nothing.

    Don't mind me, I'm just depressed!

    Isnt lawson playing LB???? kinda reminds me of the old texans converting linemen to linebackers.

    Lawson is the starting weakside linebacker for the 9ers.

    I like the 3-4 OLB's.

    Shawne Merriman
    DeMarcus Ware
    Terrell Suggs
    etc...

    I think that only applies when the coaching staff is as clueless as capers and company were.

    I just don't really like comparing our players to other teams players becuase different systems, and different players around those players, and different coachs, but everybody does, but that does not mean I like it, and yes i know i have done it before. I just don't like to do it.

    Lawson = better than Mario. In college, and in the pros. Yet another of a growing list of examples of a botched No. 1 pick...
