IF/When a HC change is made, we should make sure we keep the zone-blocking scheme. I have seen many arguments against it, but so far with John Benton and Dennison (and of course AF) our running game has been outstanding. Some of the playcalling... ehhh... but I believe most of those are Kubiak's calls. I would hate to see a new coach, who most likely would be a defensive minded coach, come in and wreck the offensive side of this team.

Our offense has been good under Kubiak, with some questionable play calling, but it will be difficult to bring in a coach who is not a zone blocking guy and have him switch to being able to coach it, unless he is able to get an o line coach who understands it. Our defense needs a complete overhaul though.

Gruden and Fox use forms of the ZBS scheme.
