Mike Klis of the Denver Post reports:

Tim Tebow and the Broncos are negotiating a five-year contract that figures to be worth about $12 million with roughly $8 million guaranteed. There is a chance Tebow's deal could be done hours before the first rookie practice Wednesday afternoon.

The Jacksonville Jaguars David Garrard pounded the rock more times than any other quarterback in the league last season.

His durability proves pounding the ball is not necessarily a sure fire way to get your quarterback hurt in this league, Byron Leftwich can attest to that.

Tim Tebow is going to give David Garrard a run for his money as far as being the leading rushing quarterback in this league.

David Garrard is not just a quarterback. Unlike your prototypical, pure pocket passers of the world, David Garrard is a football player, and so too is Tim Tebow.

The list is broken down in how much a quarterback pounded the rock last season.

•The times the quarterback pounded the rock last season.
•The times his team pounds the rock on average per game. (cpg)
•The number of yards his team averages per carry. (ypc)
•And finally the ranking of the teams rushing offense last season.
    (5) 77 David Garrard 27.9 cpg (4.5 ypc) Jacksonville Jaguars No. 10

    (4) 50 Matt Cassel 27.4 cpg (4.4 ypc) Kansas City Chiefs No. 11

    (3) 46 Jason Campbell 24.4 cpg (3.9 ypc) Washington Redskins No. 27

    (3) 40 Jay Cutler 23.3 cpg (4.0 ypc) Chicago Bears No. 29

    (3) 39 Carson Palmer 31.6 cpg (4.1 ypc) Cincinnati Bengals No. 9

    (3) 36 Mark Sanchez 37.9 cpg (4.5 ypc) New York Jets No. 1

    (3) 30 Josh Freeman only started nine games so you could virtually double his rushing attempts...

Listed below are teams from the top bakers’ dozen passing offenses last season.

On average the quarterbacks listed below account for more than 10 percent of the designated rushing plays.

    (4) 58 Aaron Rodgers 23.2 cpg (3.6 ypc) Green Bay Packers No. 14

    (3) 48 Matt Schaub 24.8 cpg (4.3 ypc) Houston Texans No. 30

    (3) 40 Ben Roethlisberger 23.2 cpg (3.9 ypc) Pittsburgh Steelers No. 19

    (2) 37 Donovan McNabb 25.8 cpg (4.1 ypc) Philadelphia Eagles No. 22

    (2) 35 Tony Romo 22.8 (4.0 ypc) Dallas Cowboys No. 7 ro

    (2) 29 Tom Brady 24.9 (4.4 ypc) New England Patriots No. 12

    (2) 26 Philip Rivers 26.4 (4.5 ypc) San Diego Chargers No. 31

    (2) 24 Kyle Orton 28.6 (4.5 ypc) Denver Broncos No. 18

Tebow has not been named the starter yet, until then he won't be running much of anything beyond a Wildcat. Vince Young will be starting this season, so you might see him get some good runs in to challenge Garrard for this stat. In the end though, none of it really matters if your team doesn't make the playoffs.

Heard on Jim Rome show today, that Tim Tebow signed a deal with Jockey underwear company. Just thought it was funny.
