It's early, but it's respect.

Denver, really......

Forehead isn't that good.

Compared to the QB who took them to the playoffs last season he is (if he's close to healthy).

Don't forget, it's not how good Peyton Manning is, it's how good the potential betters think he is.

And we're in the division with three of the nine worst teams... I don't have a problem with that :)

Very true on the betting aspect.

I just don't Denver is going to do much better than last year. Sure #18 is a better QB than Tebow by far, but they got to the playoffs because a much different dynamic on offense, plus the AFC West is kinda shaky, Oakland showed some signs of life last year, San Diego never lives up to its potential, and well you know the deal with KC!!!

Really? A franchise that's been to the playoffs ONCE, on the strength of a 10-6 record, and you're slighted by being named the 5th most likely to win the superbowl???

Or are you just mad because they are favoring Peyton on a team with a great defense...

What are you talking about? No one is feeling that way.. in fact read the title of the thread. He saying we're getting respect...

Another way of looking at it is this; Denver's defense kept them in the game long enough that they had a chance to come back with a QB as god awful as Tebow. Imagine what they could do if the D did not always have to perform on the field due to Tebow's horrific passing and are actually playing to defend a lead instead. This is a better case scenario of course, but it really just depends on how you look at it.

Here are the odds to win the Super Bowl numbers from Vegas.com. The bettors are loving them some Peyton.

Green Bay 5/1
Denver 7/1
New England 7/1
San Francisco 9/1
New Orleans 10/1
Baltimore 12/1
Houston 12/1
Philadelphia 12/1
N.Y. Giants 15/1
Pittsburgh 15/1
Detroit 25/1
Atlanta 25/1
N.Y. Jets 25/1
Chicago 25/1
San Diego 25/1
Dallas 30/1
Cincinnati 30/1
What did the Giants do to drop to 15-1? The Pack may not be great value, but they should be the favorite.

I can for sure understand Denver's odds. They have a great defense, and now Peyton Manning with what two receivers that I think have good potential (Decker and Thomas). If their running game can stay on track then they have a very solid team. Despite their running game being at the top last year you could actually put a question mark there since Tebow is gone and McGahee is getting old for a RB, despite being a damned good runner.

Gotta respect the Bulls on Parade
