Injuries keep on mounting for NFL teams...
Lets make this the "injury thread"
Mike Flynn broke his right collarbone Monday and is expected to miss six to eight weeks. . .
J.P. Losman injured his ankle and couldnt put any weight on it
ESPN News reported that it was a fractured left fibula. He'll miss significant time, and could possibly miss the season if surgery is needed.
*Edit* Here's the link I found to the story on ESPN.
That is a shame because he was looking good in the preseason games and probably would have gotten playing time this year...
Rams CB Travis Fisher broke his arm during the Monday Night game against the KC Chiefs. Here's the story.
Both, Vikings RB Michael Bennett and LT Bryant McKinnie sprain their right knees but were able to walk off the field...
Ahman Green got hurt last night, but not sure how bad it is.
Not a surprise but Turley was put on the IR today...
Micheal Bennett is out for 1-3 weeks and is "iffy" for week 1
And Bills lose backup QB Travis Brown to a left knee injury, he was carted off field...
Just saw on ESPN that Panthers' WR Steve Smith and Pats' WR Troy Brown were both injured in a rematch of last years Super Bowl....
I heard on ESPN News that Lawyer Milloy broke his forearm. That's not good news for the Bills.
Chiefs might lose WR Marc Boerigter for year
That could increase their interest in Keenan McCardell.
Luther Ellis got hurt too
Mike Anderson is out for the year with a groin injury. Sucks cause it happened so late during punt blocking.
Titans take another hit: Calico sprains both knees. Doesnt say how long he is going to be out...
"DENVER (AP) - Broncos running back Mike Anderson will miss the entire season because of a groin injury sustained last weekend in an exhibition game against Houston."
" Anderson was hurt Friday night with 1:56 left in the game while on the punting unit. He was the blocker for punter Hayden Epstein, and his groin popped when he was hit after turning upfield."
Broncos up by 14, under 2 minutes left in a pre-season game, and he's hurt on the punting unit.
I'm sure the Broncos are just sick to their stomachs. There was no reason for him to be on the field.
Looks like the injury bug is contagious and is spreading throughout the AFC South.
*edit* The Jaguars TE Kyle Brady is expected to miss the first 2 games of the season according to ESPN.
