    There would be some concern over Watt's re-injury of his elbow while wearing his brace. If his elbow sustains another significant trauma (the brace does not entirely preclude this possibility) in the form of another subluxation or dislocation, it will require surgery to avoid more serious associated structural (ligament/cartilage) and neurovascular (nerve/blood vessel) damage.

    Maybe three weeks ago...but not anymore. And there is a big difference between an UDFA that holds a career passing record versus a former walk on starting for run-heavy Penn State.
