Imagine how much better this team would look if Domanick Davis was still around and not injured.
With that o-line, the run game would still be up and down.
yeah i miss him to, and the worst part is that he might be done for good
dd could have been a top of the line rb if he stayed healthy... i know this will get blasted, but when i watch LT im often reminded of dd when he was injury free... he wouldnt touch LT's greatness, but he could have been real special.
DD made do with a crappy o-line. Lundy and Gado apparently can't.
I miss DD too.
i liked domanick alot more in the passing game than i do lundy. davis was extremely shifty and pretty tough for one man to bring down.
DD may in fact be the reason that the duffases befor Kubes didn't do what they should have with the O-line, because he was able to make do with the crap that was there well enough to get 1000 yards and score TDs, and as they were content to just run the wheels of of him they didn't do squat.
I miss him too. Honestly, I'm not sure how much better the running game would be, since it just doesn't look like there's anywhere to run. But he does not drop passes and can really make guys miss and pick up YAC yardage, which would be a difference maker. Gado and Lundy are good for at least 1 drop a game.
