I think he means in the extension he will negotiate in the off season

Sorry. My mind reading apparatus is in the shop.

Watson's current contract isn't up until 2020. And since he was a 1st rounder, can't the Texans' "GM" exercise the option to extend him at the rookie rate? The same "GM" that really wanted Mahomes, by the way...

And I figure Ramsey will be long gone by 2021. So to have any affect on getting Ramsey, Watson would have to take a cut on his current salary.

    Nothing

They score 50 and he posts this.

Not saying that scoring 50 against the Falcons is impossible.

I'm just glad BOB appears to learned from the error of his ways and went back to the old offense.

Rumors are swirling that it wasn’t BoB who called plays today.

The Eagles re-upped Wentz two years out.
The Rams re-upped Goff two years out.
The Chiefs will with near certainty re-up Mahomes two years out this coming off-season.

I don't need a mind reading apparatus to see what's up next for Watson and the Texans.

I may not be seeing how you're considering acquiring Ramsey though and am all ears to hear.

Doesn't matter who was calling the plays today. I'm just glad they went back to the old offense.

Who was rumored to have called the plays and who started these rumors?

If it doesn’t matter why ask follow up questions? Because you know it matters.

I don’t know everything and I clearly said it was a rumor. I’m not the only one who’s mentioned it on this site today.

The rumor came from OB not having the play calling sheet on the sideline. Tim Kelly had it (supposedly). I haven’t been able to go back and try to verify it.

Thunder has mentioned it. As did someone else. There’s a photo on here in one of the threads. Feel free to look for it

This was easily the best game of his pro career.

Both of them have had the "menus" during games........O'Brien and Kelly communicate with each other re building the game plan via microphone during games on certain open channels, but O'Brien calls in plays to Watson via microphone on a designated channel which is limited in times.

Tweet from @riversmccown: "He really did an awesome job of managing the offense, he ran the show. Whoever sends the play in sends the play in. He runs the show out there. He did a good job of managing formations and personnel groupings and plays and he had a great day." -- BOB on Watson https://t.co/pR70hVJdDi
