I am no impressed with him at all, he doesnt even look down the field and he follows who he's throwing it to with his eyes. I see why Arizona called him the check down king :vincepalm:

Check Down King just threw a nice TD pass to the TE.

He did throw downfield to Andre on the PI, and Dreessen dropped one downfield also. Just threw a nice ball to Dreessen with a man right in his face. You have to know the Kubiak is coaching him to be ultra conservative

Either the Jag QB's are playing EXTREMELY well now, or Leinart is afraid to throw downfield unless the receiver is wide open.

AJ will use up his play count and wont even see a ball thrown his way if we keep this up.

This is what most of us expected. He hasn't played in a while.

This is part of him getting his confidence back. Everything is going to be all right.

That's ok.... one of the blessings of playing Jacksonville in Leinarts first game.

Their offense isn't going to put us in a situation where we "have" to score. Leinart gets to play against a reasonable defense to get his game back.

    Perfect situation.

If you are talking about the throw away, I thought that was a smart play. He looked outside the tackle box to me.

    And therrrrrrre he goes!

He's had longer hot tub sessions than what he lasted as the Texans starting QB.

And so the Leinart era has begun in Hou.... err, looks like it's over. That didn't take long.

To be honest, I thought he played well and that was pretty much what I expected from him in his first start here.

I'm sure he'll be ready to PRACTICE and get paid for it again next year.
