    He probably used a stencil or something to show him where to make the cuts.

    I got a vector art version of the logo and then used Photoshop to trace and design the pattern. Then it was a matter of transferring and sawing for a couple of hours. I was pretty happy with the results, but I messed up the "A" a little. Gotta figure out a better one for next year now to outdo myself.
