Not a shocker in the least.
No. Not a shocker.
I'm going to guess that Griese is 1, Orton is 2, and Grossman is looking for a hug?
How long before the Orton chants begin?
There were people calling for Orton instead of Griese.
I picked up Griese two weeks ago in my fantasy league in anticipation of this. LOL
I will mark out if there is an RKO chant
If Orton does the pose everytime he scores, he will be an instant Pro-Bowler
If he does it every first down, he will be a HOFer
Griese is twice the QB that Rex is.
2 x 0 = 0.
I'm not sayin, I'm just sayin.
Rex led that team to a Super Bowl. Winning and losing is all that matters for a QB, right?
Oh, sorry ... was lapsing into my Vick defense mode. Carry on.
By the way, Brian Griese has a Pro Bowl appearance under his belt, while he was coached by ..... *drum roll* ....
Kubiak. I am going to go out on a limb and guess that won't repeat itself.
orton > griese
Sanity has made its way back to Chicago...well at least in some form.
Why would you really think about signing Rex if he leaves Chicago?
"After this season, Rex Grossman is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent, and the Bears have not made any efforts to resign him. If Chicago continues to maintain its non-negotiating stance and Grossman is allowed to leave, the speculation will begin as to where the Bears quarterback will land. Grossman's roots could provide some hints. In the state of Florida, he is beloved. Three NFL teams play in Florida – and each could wind up showing an interest. Jacksonville has unanswered questions at the quarterback position, though David Garrard has played well this season and could easily stake the job as his. Tampa Bay at least flirts with almost every living, breathing quarterback, and Grossman could be next. And Miami coach Cam Cameron coached in Indiana at the time Grossman starred in high school there. Cameron recrutied Grossman and could decide to recruit him again."
I'd like to see Bad Rex line up against our defense in a jags uniform....
I've honestly really started feeling bad for Bears fans - just because the crappy QB ruining your team hits close to home.
