So much for the goodie goodie two shoes image.

Just my thoughts but is the shadow of his former self Green really going to impact the opposition's gameplan any?? I think not.

Green or Dayne, the answer is the same, Texans cannot run the ball, kill the QB.

Shanny generally had reasons to do this sort of trickery. He had players good enough to eat up a healthy amount of the opponents practices by having to game plan for multiple options.

Kube's on the other hand... I don't really get the whole way we disguise injuries the way we do. No team is scrambling to hold Ahman in check anymore, and I'm damn sure no one is scared of Ronnie. Plus there is no tape on Ichy so no time wasted preparing for him.

Yesterday on Kubiak's show, Gary said he knew for sure Friday that Ahman wouldn't play. Ahman was listed as probable Saturday. I am sure that him admitting the team lied on the radio probably wasn't a good idea.

For the Texans' office and coaching staff:

    Sir Walter Scott

    Mark Twain

This next quote I came across in book by Carl Sagan may be quite applicable to many of us long-term faithful Texans fans...............

I think the Texans will get by on this. They have a strong, proven track record of not knowing how badly a player is injured.

So does the NFL care b/c of the competition factor or because of the bookies. Seriously, would San Diego give a rat's @$$ whether Green played or not?

Let me help you. Kubes is practising for when he does have good players. Eventually we will draft an rb in latter rounds that can get 1,000 yards in this system. Sherman on the other hand, is researching former Gbay players from the 90s that we could bring on board.
