Ok so we lost 27-20 in New England, let's be real..... not that bad. Watson, Watt, and Mercilus all looked rusty. We'll be ok !

    Texans 31
    Titans 10

    Hopkins 150 yards, 2 TDs
    Watson 316 yards 3 TDs
Defense gets 6 sacks and 2 interceptions, including 1 pick 6.

We lost game 1, so what. On to game 2.

We fry their onions. Toros 41, Oilers 20 if they get lucky. Tacks headed to be the doormat of the division.

Titans are getting worse, Texans staying their incomprehensible selves can beat them. If we don't win this gave by 14 or more something is wrong.

I predict this game will not go how any of us predict. This team is so Jeckyl and Hyde! World beaters (Titans game last year) one game and then crap the bed the next 2.

Going to be a boring game overall.
But we'll have enough fireworks to excite us...

I just want to see Clowney come alive.
And I want to see Will Fuller actually play.

Agreed. I predict 23-6 Texans. So a 17 point victory.

Outside of Hopkins the WR group is a hot mess. I’m guessing Captain Hamstring will be out again. Same with 4th round pick Keke? The other slot receiver, I’ve already forgot his name drops passes left and right. Depth on the o-line just isn’t there.

For these reasons I actually expect a fairly low scoring game and a close one at that. Texans win by 4 in a tough game.

Thankfully the Astros vs. Diamondbacks game starts at 1:10 PM on Sunday. So I can always watch that game instead, depending on how the Texans are doing against the Titans late in the second quarter and closer to halftime.

Ideally, I'll try to watch both games at the same time.
But the Texans game has to be interesting enough to watch.

Now that I've found a nice (free and legal) way to watch the Astro's via streaming, I'll be paying more attention to them.

For those interested: http://mlbstream.tv/ <- The game announcers you get here are the home team broadcasters, so on away games you'll be listening to the local enemy announcers. LOL

Do they have one of these for the NFL? Redditt had issues last Sunday.

nope only thing similar is the sunday ticket stream, but you have to have a directtv subscription for it, and it still blacks out any games picked up by local channels. All the major networks (NBC, CBS, FOX) have their own streaming app where you can stream live tv and watch games that way, but they still want you to sign in with your cable provider

I always prefer "free" when it's legal. I'm not into pirating, when I can't get it free, I'll pay for it if it's worth it to me.

you can stream every NFL game that is on tv free, legally if you already get those channels on your normal cable set up. They just make you sign into your cable account to verify you are paying for that channel. I think for the most part if you don't have a cable subscription currently they will let you pay like $4.99 a month to subscribe to their live streams. I know ESPN and CBS does this for sure, i think the others do as well

NFL games are free broadcasts, I see no reason to pay extra money just to be able to watch them on my computer. Also I don't have cable, I cut that cord years ago. I'm a streaming only kind ah guy. :)

And don't mention bathroom breaks when I say streaming, I got enough problems with that as it is.

On reddit it can be hard to find a good stream... one that usually works for me is http://www.sportshd.me/nfl , but last Sunday it had issues also. Another is http://www.cominstream.com/ that has phone apps for both MLB and NFL

ah ok well you were asking about the mlb stream, which I thought was the mlb's official streaming site which you still need a cable subscription to use. I guess it's not though? I cut the cord this summer so I use a some bunny ears to watch the games on local channels.

The cheap ass digital antenna I got from Amazon works perfectly. All the local channels I receive great, although when channel surfing during commercials in a Texans game, I notice channel 8 is flaky a lot. I was actually surprised to find that site, and that I can watch all the games for free, and it carries the MLB official banner, but states it isn't affiliated with MLB but is authorized by them to stream the games. And there are lots of games to watch. If I watched baseball as much as I do football, I'd be in heaven. LOL

If you know anyone who pays for sunday ticket, bribe them to get their info. After games are over they released condensed versions of the games, just cuts out all the dumb commercials and standing around listening to announcers talk b.s. It's pretty cool
