I've just noticed that one former Texan is still in the league and doing OK. Billy Miller has won starting time over Jeremy Shockey. He's more reliable in the clutch.

Does anyone else come to mind?

I wouldn't call him clutch if that's his first TD of the year.

Shockey had a knee injury and hasn't been 100% yet. When Shockey is healthy, he'll get the starter snaps.

Miller's okay though. It helps that the Saints pass so much, and that their best receiver and TE have been hurt or recovering from injuries most of the year.

Gaffney ain't number 2. Wes Welker is. Gaffney is like our Jacoby Jones for New England.

Actually, former Quarterback/Defensive End extraordinaire Quinton Porter just won a starting job in the CFL.

Yeah, and he's going to have a Super Bowl ring at the end of this season. Sigh.

He was one of my favorite players when he was here. Never dropped a pass.

Ah yes, it was certainly Miller time when he made the Texans very first official touchdown and helped us beat Dallas in our first game. Who can ever forget Miller? I was glad to see him make that TD last night.

I'm not sure if he's a starter but Milford Brown in on the Jags. I remember him on the TV specifically when Del Rio had them quick-snap a play instead of punt when they ran for that long TD. I hope Kubes can find a way to not let Del Rio make him look foolish this game.

Von Hutchins Falcons (IR) and they might have Lewis Sanders too. Aaron Glenn is playing somewhere
