I read a portion of this a little earlier, but not the detailed break down. I can see why the sales of the luxury suites and clubs make up such a large portion of the revenue. It would be nice if those getting the huge corporate writeoffs were a bit more interested in the game, but if they are paying the bills and the handsome bottom line I can't complain. I wonder how much the Cowboys value would increase if a business would purchase naming rights.

Assuming 9 home games a year, 50 million dollars revenue on 8600 seats = $645 average per seat. And that's only ~12% of the total seats in Reliant. Wow, they sure do make a mint down on Kirby.

I noticed that the Cowboys generated $60 Million from four sponsors. I wonder how much the Texans generated from their sponsors in addition to the breakdown on seats and naming rights.

Last year it was 8 home regular season and 1 playoff home game. I suppose preseason counts too, which would make it 11 games and $528 a seat on average.

For the record, our season tickets don't include playoff games and if you don't buy the playoff games they'll yank your PSL. Yes, we paid for multiple (2) playoff games despite only having one home game. The money paid for the game that didn't happen was credited toward this coming season's balance, which they conveniently for themselves jacked the rates up on and ate up most of the credit.
