Thunder on here bringing the bleeping house down. Bwhahaha
Five more years!!!
Aw chit, I'm running out of years Dog.
You need to take a good look in the mirror.
Weird as it sounds it seems some players just have certain teams number. I mean look at TJ Yates and the Bengals. He beat them three weeks after rejoining the team, and not having thrown a pass at that time in almost a year, and they were undefeated that year up till that game.
Because he has stinky crap like a bunch of backup OL to protect his franchise QB. Hopefully that changes this offseason. What we are really disagreeing on is, are the Texans in the middle of a rebuild?
He wanted these players Steel. Why can't you grasp that. So coach them up and stop moving them all over the line.
How can you say this with such conviction? And even he did want the majority, have you never made a decision that didn't turn out like you thought it would? KJo for example?
So because he has bad players then he has to implement a bad system?
I could have sworn he said he coaches the players given to him? There's an interview out there somewhere. The tell will be how many of the guys drafted by Gaine will replace guys on the that the former GM brought in.
Depends on if you think the system is bad. They did score the 2nd most points in franchise history. Hopefully the OL gets fixed and we will see.
It's a terrible system. They were 20th in tds scored and even worse in the redzone. They scored more points because offense inflation, defensive scores plus field position, and overtime
I see you only use the part of the conversation that fits your agenda. He also said it was a collective decision between all parties . And if they can't come to an agreement then they would go to the man ( the late Bob McNair RIP).
OBrien likes to pass the buck. It's either ricks fault, or not his job, or he thinks time management is bs, or he has to throw some player in the doghouse and fire some assistants
This is going nowhere.
What came out of his mouth is what I believe to be the truth.
Everything he said before that was corporate speak.
I seem to recall after every loss he blames them on himself and the coaching staff.
Bwhahaha wow like I said if it doesn't line up with your train of thought. Its corporate talk.
Off the chains
And then he never changes his coaching, but he fires a few assistants at the end of the year
Best description of this thread and topic I've seen yet.
