Not sure a new thread is necessary, but...
Sorry I don't have a better source. My source comprises small things I've heard, especially CnnD's analysis, coupled with my personal intuition. Read with that in mind.

JJ Watt is considering retirement right now. Further setbacks in the near future will convince him that the time is at hand. Retirement will be better for him since he won't have to spend his "civilian" life as a cripple. Hopefully he had been prudent enough to save some of the millions he's made toward a comfortable life as an announcer.

Best of luck, JJ. We'll all miss you, both as a player and a gentleman.

Wtf? Try February and you might get an audience.

I think as of today your intuition is complete dime store fiction.

    You're being polite.

It reads like sad social desperation.

In all fairness, the GB game day thread said og's here jumped on posters and made it difficult for new posters.

Maybe I should back off and not tell a poster his thread is ridiculous?

Stop. He's dying for attention and wants to stir bs. He's the kid in the back of class pulling his pants down for no good reason.

I actually feel like a dumbsh*t for giving him this much.

Young in my profession, I remember someone higher up complaining about meetings with "the decision makers."

Adversaries in those meetings dont just aim to prove you wrong, they try to humiliate you so you have no credibility in that argument or future ones.

I don't know if it's like that in most businesses ,but it is in mine. The farther up the ladder I get the truer it is.

Nothing more need be said on this thread.

    Move along.

    Yeah, I heard the same...

I don't blame him for thinking retirement either and it couldn't come at a better time to
free up some CAP space for the guys coming in to replace HC and GM O'Brien

hopefully that'll be Tomlin and Caserio...

JJ Watt is kicking EVERYBODYS ass so far during training camp. I would believe it more if he was struggling.
