    He has experience with the 3-4 defensive system so this could only be a plus :thumbup

    Fresh, new blood that has been successful in his given expertise. Hmmmm, could work out very well for those old dogs on the D-line. :hmmm:

    I wouldnt be surprised to see him make a push to get Canty in here. Im sure he is close with him.

    Now, if we could only get a similar upgrade to the O-line coaching staff we might be in good shape. We had to obviously replace the D-line coach, but I wish the same could be said for the O-line coaching. It will be interesting to see how this gentleman adapts to the Pros. Sounds like he might be a real upgrade to our coaching staff. We won't know till we see him in action, but his resume is certainly incouraging.

    Looking at Pendry's resume, there is a gap between 2001 and 2003. Time off for family considerations or unable to find suitable position? How would you compare Pendry's offensive philosophy with Palmer's.
