    I can only imagine what kind of mess some of these fan's truly experienced beyond what is obvious on the surface

    If it was in Houston, it wouldn't have happened - as in, it didn't happen in Houston in 2004. This is all Jerry.

    But, unfortunately, nationally it may be viewed, although falsely, as one in the same.

    Doesn't matter - the national media (as we have discussed on here many time) hate Houston as a venue. May as well have happened here.

    Not sure why the settlement was rejected - if I remember it was a decent offer. Maybe the attorneys were pumping up what these folsk are 'entitled' to.
