Did David Carr get his extension?

    I thought they had to make a decision before the 49er game or he became a restricted free agent, which would be fine, because we can probably resign him cheaper.

    They have till mid Feb. to do anything.

    Carr would become an unrestricted free agent if the Texans don't sign him by the deadline. I don't know exactly when it is but I believe they still have time and are working on the details of it with him now.
