Nice analysis, from an obscure source,of 2 players that were cut short from being able to prove their worth due to injuries.

    Good read, thanks!
    +1

Can't wait until T/C to see who's progressed the most.

Still.... the engine that powers our offense is Foster & Tate, not Schaub/Yates' arm.

It would be nice to see us go use 3 WR sets more often...

...but then what do we do with Casey...

I like when Kubes has Casey in at FB to get the defense in base, and then motions Casey out wide. We can just be so versatile with him.

Enjoyed the read and really hope Lestar Jean will eventually replace AJ as WR1. That would allow me a sigh of relief. I also agree that Carmichael's skills are superior to KJ's. If the younger guys from last 2 drafts step up, we will have a very solid roster.

Kareem Jackson has been playing better too. Imagine a better secondary with an elite pass rush.

    From the link you provided:

Interesting. And he agrees that Kareem Jackson showed improvement last year, too.

Jean wears #18. Now if he only plays like a young #18..........P. Manning, Randy Moss, Dante Stalworth.............

If it wasn't for Foster's success, we would all be laughing at the thought of a 2nd year undrafted rookie being our WR1. It's awesome these guys are taking off-season so seriously.

Kubiak has a history of turning UDFAs and late round picks into stars. Rod Smith, Terrell Davis... not to mention 1 year wonders like Reuben Droughns, Olandis Gary, and Mike Anderson.

Kareem showed improvement in 2011 over his rookie campaign in 2010, but that’s not saying much. The defense was clearly better with Allen starting opposite of Johnathan Joseph but Houston kept forcing the issue with Kareem Jackson.

Yeah right, Wade Phillips is stupid that way!
He was so stupid he let Allen go just so he can keep forcing the issue with Kareem.
    What a stupid guy!

I've had high hopes for Roc for a long time. He's a good dude. I hope he explodes this year.
