    Has a chance to become a premier NFL quarterback if his release point does not lead to too many problems and he is brought along and utilized correctly. Could be the type of player you can build a team around if he is developed correctly.

    He is the type of QB that has no business being on an expansion team.. as we saw firsthand. "Brought along and utilized correctly and..... developed correctly" are the operable phrases

    not sure there are a couple of other QB's that throw different


    also air under throws...he throws some ducks on the deep passes(plenty of air)

    I assume that development means correcting poor mechanics. If I recall correctly, the Texans coaching staff worked with Carr on this but he failed to adapt.
