    He is a businessman, plain and simple. There is no need for treating people good if you just buy and sell them like he does.

    He wanted to send him a flat screen tv so he could watch redskins games cause he wouldnt be dressing anymore....I dont understand players though, they bolt for big $$$ and then start getting upset with offenses and stuff...

    Given how Snyder behaved (regarding Coles), I'm amazed that he's been as successful in business as he has....a big factor in being a successful businessperson is not being emotional.
