Jay Glazer via twitter: "Chuck put Cushing thru a 90 min workout, muy thai, boxing, wrestling, pushed him hard but Cush pushed rt back. Mentally tough kid"

Glazer's been tweeting about this all offseason...says he's been trying to push him to a breaking point but Cush is too tough...

Wish our other guys trained this hard too

I'd prefer Lyoto Machida training our boy.

That's awsome! I'd love to see Cushing in an MMA fight, although the training could easily get him injured. But that would be exciting for sure. Cush is a freaking beast!

I dunno man, I like moving forward and attacking better than back-peddling and counter punching (i.e. Mike Tyson versus a fighter like Trevor Berbick).

Meh, it's splittin' hairs at this point. Either way it's making an already bad man, badder.

I've been wanting Mario to do something similar for two years now. Ugh!

Counter-point: Liddell could be teaching Cush how to get fat and drunk.

:hmmm: Maybe that's why he's got his name tatted on his back. To make his companion remembers his name to call him back?

He executed a pretty good reap on that safety he picked up this season.

I'm guessing this is in preparation for the next meeting with the Titans. I say they send all the Texans to this training so other teams don't mess with them, especially our division rivals.
