This game was bad to lose because of a number of reasons, one being the fan base we have to hear from. I thought it would be good for some of us to create a support group about all the Cowboy pestering.

I had to go to dinner a bunch of people that I hardly talk to (invited through spouse.) And for some reason, everyone wanted to talk to me all decked out in Dallas gear. Classy fans. Ofcourse they were rubbing it in, wanting to talk about how great they won. Of course I lost a monetary bet, so that didnt help any.

I am interested to hear other peoples' stories. Maybe it can help the healing process.

I live in Austin, and half my friends and everyone at work is a Dallas fan. I only associate with civil people though, so there was nothing too bad. The worst behavior I saw was three years ago when the Packers played the Cowboys at Texas Stadium. My friends are GB fans, and as we walked out to the parking lot, the Dallas fans were antagonistic and yelling trash at us. It was actually quite disgusting and changed my view of their fanbase.

They're not as bad as Ohio State fans though. They'll throw bottles at you.

Didn't have a specific altercation myself, but, know of others who did. My daughter said the worst fans around her were Texan fans. Told me she left in the forth quarter because Texan fans were heckling Cowboy fans so bad. She had my two granddaughters with her and didn't want them to witness such nonsense.

After the game, the Cowboy fans were being typical Cowboy fans. Rude, obnoxious, not very classy, but, so were some Texan fans. That was a BAD day, and I hope to never see it repeated.

Quite a few obnoxious cowboys fans in the bathroom after the game. Let me piss in peace damnit! Other than that though the fan in my section were generally well behaved. Some trash talking of course but nothing real different between their fans and fans from other teams.

I had a cowboys fan get a little to close to me and some how our feet got tangled up and he fell. I don't know how it happened :runaway:

today I dont know HOW many students yelled out me ' haha texans suck' and 'how bout them cowboys'. Some followed my out to the car to harrass me this afternoon. At lunch a couple of my fellow teachers even had the audacity to talk down the team. I got up, threw my food in the trash and left. Two bad days in a row. I want to punch out anyone in blue/silver. Thinking about cutting off all the jerks with cowpie crap on their cars.

and to think these punks do not even know where Dallas is.

TB came up with a great saying

Make the world a better place
Punch a cowboy in the face

the being said I escorted TB out and kept him quite calm along the way, I dread to think if I was not there, TB might still be getting processed in at the pea farm/

A woman around 21-23, drunk, was walking up to people leaving the game and cussing them out. She threatened to punch one guy.

Family of 3 were holding up signs and telling anyone that walked past them that they sucked and their team wasn't worth shit.

Those were the most egregious examples but they weren't perpetrated by Dallas fans. I think a whole lot of Texans fans showed their ass yesterday.

My friends let me off easy. I really thought they would trash talk way more. I got them the breakfast tacos I owed them and that was it.

I think they know what it meant to me so they were classy......they just let it go.

I went to Irving on business on Monday and Tuesday of this week. I drove by the rubble of Texas Stadium and took a picture of it with my Blackberry. When I got back to the office in Houston, I printed out the picture along with a nice little fact sheet about the history of the Stadium etc. I then proceeded to go into the back parking lot and picked up several chunks of concrete.

I put the pictures along with the concrete chunks from our parking lot on their desks. They are now thoroughly convinced they are the proud owners of a "piece of Cowboy history"

Them: WOOOHOOOOOOO HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS!!! How does it feel to be Texan's fan TODAY???

Me: 2-1 feels better than 1-2, and at least I don't have a chunk of concrete from our parking lot sitting on my mantle at home.

Yup, I just keep reminding the Cowboy fans they are still just 1-2 and have the same record as Oakland, St. Louis and Jacksonville.

I flew in for this game from Albuquerque and went to the game with my brother. After the game, he took me to a private function which a client of his had set up for the game. Anyway, we get there after the game is over, of course, and some drunk and I mean tee total drunk cowboy fan comes over to our table. He goes on and on, like Cowboy fans tend to do, talking bout "five superbowls" over and over again until I'd had enough. I turned around, because he was sitting behind and next to me, and told him " That sixth is the hardest to get isn't it?" while holding up five fingers on my left hand and a single middle digit on my right. That shut him up.

I only had one incident during the game. We were setting up to play at halftime up around the 500-510s in the concourse and this extremely drunk Cowboys fan started telling all of his entourage we were coming to play for him. He slurred out for us to play some "Cowboy Songs", so I told the rest of the band to get up the Theme to Brokeback Mountain.... Needless to say, he had no response, as I think he might've been embarrassed that I outed him...he left when we started playing anyway...I don't think he appreciated the volume too much...

Post game, my neighbor who flies a Cowboys flag on his house was very hospitable, which I probably didn't deserve after the way I ragged on him all week. He told me he had a drunk Texans female fan on the light rail screaming and cursing at him and his wife after the game. I think I've learned my lesson, though. I will never ever talk smack before a game. It brought us bad luck, and this one's on me. (Do I sound Kubiak-ish?)

Our feet must have been thinking alike. I was in Orange and about 35 min after the game some cowgurl fan was running around with his car flags being a turd and he was drunk as a skunk. I'm in the porta-potty line and while he's running with his stupid flags, I think I got a cramp in my foot too and he took a tumble. He was so drunk he got up and continued, with a slight limp of course.

My Cowboy fan story was pretty classic. Two rows above me were 4 enthusiastic Cowboys fans who noticed that I'm somewhat enthusiastic about the Houston Texans. We had a lovely debate throughout the game about who was better and why. By the middle of the 4th quarter when it was clear who the better team was that day, the most vocal of my new Cowboy companions leaned down to me and set the record strait. He said:

    I responded:

His last words to me that day...
