Did Clutts see the field any? I wasn't looking for him.

I figured he must have played some. Anybody notice and can comment on how he did?

    Thanks in advance.

I think he made a tackle on special teams, but that was about it. I believe Casey was the fullback all day.

I was looking for him around the goal line....was a bit confused why we picked him up if we aren't going to use him when we are trying to pound the rock in.

He's been here all of a week or two. I bet we see him more around week 4 or 5 once he gets the playbook down.

I thought so, too. And since we were struggling to run the ball I wondered who the fullback was and if Clutts came in and made any difference.

Maybe they didn't think he was ready yet. Hopefully we'll see more of him soon.

You gotta give the guy time to learn the playbook. We didn't need him although we could have used him.

Well, we probably weren't going to use McMannis either except on special teams.

I think Clutts is the backup FB essentially.

yeah, but he's a better lead blocker than Casey. Blowing people off the ball isn't Casey's strong suit. When we went heavy and ran it I was a bit surprised when Casey was in there.
