This dude is an i-d-i-o-t. I hope he gets traded somewhere where there is another receiver that has his number and won't give it up. So he has to wear 86 or some other number with that name on his back. That would be perfect and make about as much sense as this moron does.

I don't know if he is crazy or just having fun but if he wanted to do it right and have his name roll off of people's tongues

    He should have gone with
    Chad Ocho de la cinco

I wonder if they are going to get Andres Cantor to broadcast a game or two (the guy in soccer that says goal for about 30 sec) LOL

Whew! :whew Glad to hear it's just a name change...I just had my FF draft last night and thought I just wasted a 3rd round pick on him.

No way will I draft him, he is off my board, I have two drafts coming up on Monday and Tuesday, between the hurt shoulder and all the belly aching in the offseason he is poised to be a major letdown this season, no thanks.

You probably did! I'd wait a few rounds before taking a flyer on him.

I have him on 2 of my teams and the title of thread scared me. That's one crazy hombre. I gambled by picking him on one ffl team and he was assigned on the other ffl team.

A torn labrum isn't something that'll go away. I'd be surprised if he makes it to mid-season.

A few years ago I remember reading repeated postings from a number of people in here that said something to the effect of "Chad Johnson isn't like Terrell Owens. He's not a "cancer" or a bad guy. He's just having fun. There's nothing wrong with that."

Look at him now. It's like somebody built a copy of Owens and then at the last second dropped the brain and had to go with the "Abby-Normal" one sitting in the next jar. I wouldn't have Chad Ocho-Cinco on my team if he played for free. The guy (Just like Owens before him) is like a walking reminder that we are so lucky to have Andre Johnson on our team. Every time I see a story like I say under my breath "Thank you AJ for being normal".

I admit, I used to be one of those people, but I admitted I was wrong in the original CJ to change his name thread.

The guy's just a class clown now. Freakin Dufus!

Ocho Stinko was already taken by David Carr.
