    Its obvious they don't want to be held up after the number 1 pick is selected. They want a contract before the draft and Casserly stated if one doesn't reach agreement and the other does, then the agreed to one is the pick. At least that's what I thought he said. Goes along with a lot of what I have been saying. Seems like more than a little bit of hard ball been played. If they want to add to the fun, bring in Dbrick and Davis. Any of these guys would be fine.

    He doesn't directly say that if one player is signed and the other isn't that the one who signed is the pick, but he alluded to the fact that signability will be a factor in who they pick. I'm sure if he feels he's close enough on finalizing a deal with one player, and the other is signed that he'd take whomever the organization feels is the best fit.
