    He has been a pretty valuable TE. With Capers and Casserly still pretty high on Joppru, do you think there is any chance we go after this guy. We can't wait on Joppru for too long and we only kept two TEs at this time.

    I doubt we will really go with just 2 TEs, but supposidly Capers or Casserly said they would use a Tackle if needed for the jumbo set. Not sure I buy into that as a means of making up for a shortage of TEs, but I guess we will see. They must be real solid on Miller and Bruener and have a reasonable confidence level that Bennie will be back. I look for Murphy to be on the PS if he clears waivers. That would give some insurance.

    i think we should go after Brent Pierce. he was just cut from the Ravens.

    Chamberlain would be a nice addition. He's a good receiver out of the backfield and he can block. It's just strange to see the Texans release both Holloway and Murphy, maybe Casserly has his eye on someone. Although in today paper they said that they'll use Marcus Spears as a tight end in power formations, kinda like when they used Seth Wand last year.
