That's accurate, 3 years except for one position the Oline has turned over in 3 years and now who's line is better in the NFL ? Anybodies ?
I know Nelson has turned to be a terrific NFL interior Olineman, but seriously isn't #6 overall still kinda steep for a guard SteelB ?

I have watched them over their last few games. They are starting to gel as a unit as illustrated by their hot streak.
They are going to be a major headache for every team they face.
Their bullrush close to the line is almost unstoppable and they are hard to get a good passrush against.
The only way to beat them is to match them score for score and hopefully finish on top.
Their rise to this level in just half a season is scary.

Pro Bowl level ? Forget the pro bowl designation, the AP voted him all pro guard this year which is remarkable for a small market team like Indy for rookie to realize that achievment. I dunno don't you think all pro is much more impressive than pro bowl designation ?
Any way no doubt Nelson is a terrific player no matter position. I watched one sequence in the game where Nelson flipped Clowney, around then pankacked him like he was a high school kid.

We have been down this road before. McNair stepped in to hire Wade. Someone needs to step in and hire an OC.

The offense has never worked. And if it did, it was brief and not sustainable.

    The big issue? The HC.

Cleveland has the right mix. If McDaniels gets the job, I would swoop in and get Kitchens and Williams.

I would even fire OB and name one of the HC and the other assistant HC.

    Have them draw straws.

The defense is already on its last leg. The players are up for replacement.

    Everyone but Watt.

I pray Cal McNair makes a big move this offseason. Whatever it is probably won’t be big enough though, as ass jaw is still the HC. Hopefully he is targeting someone once the season comes to an end.

11 wins with a team that wasn't that good to begin with.

Fact: The most talented team won Saturday.

    Deal with it

The team with the better coach, and better O-line won. Crennel at least made adjustments and shut the Colts offense down for the second half. O’Brien, on the other hand, did the same sh1t.

Did RAC shut them down or were they basically trying to run out the clock?

The offense did get in the RZ twice and scored once in the 2nd half.

If they had a better OL the coach would've looked much better. I do want BOB to get an OC and new OL coach next yr.

Want it all you want, but O’Brien already said he wants the same coaching staff going forward. Hopefully that includes an OC though. I’m with you on that one...

We're talkin about OB here …. he leaves more talented players (TE's) sitting on the bench and has the most unimiaginative playbook in the league.

Yeah , I question whether more talent equals better performance.

This is where the differences begin and end.

Some dont even want to give BOB a chance with his guy in place.

A total double standard, but not really surprising after seeing how a few on this MB are.

The few that think BOB's a bully are the biggest bullies on this MB. (Not you) Most would just blw them off and leave the MB. What I've found works for me is limit what and how you respond to them.

Is Gaine going to find OB some semblance of a competent offensive philosophy in the offseason? We've all seen OB's system and it isn't very impressive.
