Remember what McCree played here? It wasn't SS. Guess we had to get rid of him when we moved Coleman to FS, couldn't have moved him over to SS like the Panthers did.

Loved that play where he intercepted McNair on the 5 and ran it back 95 yds.

Let's not get out of hand--Coleman on his worst day manages to jump on the RB and ride him to the ground 8 yds later. Stevens on a good day managed to dramatically fall to the ground 5 yds to the side of the path of the RB. Let's not even talk about coverage.

Add to the list of thing the Texans need to do better is identifying 2nd and 3rd tier free agents who will outperform the money paid to them along with recognizing the same talent on thier own squad.

You're forgetting about Matt's patented RB "Shoe Attack" as seen in the Houston at Miami game in 2003. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY tackles a shoe as good as Matt Stevens.

Ricky Williams can attest to that. His shoe wasn't right the rest of the day after the beating it took at the hands of Matt Stevens.

This reminds me of a guy at work saying they should have never let Matt Stevens go. I didn't get a chance to ask him if he was being sarcastic or not.:slap:
