I've seen your discussions about Third Base, but I have my issues with that venue. If Third Base doesn't work out this year, my proposition is Common Interest on Burnet. It might be too far north for some, but there's enough value in the idea to make the trip worth it. 1) Setup: There are tons of HD screens showing every NFL game at once, and a huge projection screen for the Texans. 2) Accommodation: The owner is friendly and will respond positively to a watch party. He also lets people BBQ out front, and they have wi-fi. Parking is plentiful. 3) Availability: It's spacious but almost empty on Sunday, despite the recent remodel and new TV's. It's a vacuum waiting to be filled by the right crowd. If you don't know the story, the venue was rebuilt with insurance money and grants from the city, so everything inside is new and the audio/video setup is high-end. I like the Texans crowd at Pluckers, too, but the space is too small. I expect the Texans fanbase to grow this year as they get more national attention.
