    Going undrafted was the best thing that ever happened to Foster. It taught him to appreciate every opportunity and not take one day for granted. It has also given him a incredible amount of motivation. He runs like he has to prove himself with every carry he gets and has great drive. To sum it up....He plays with a huge chip on his shoulder, which has helped him greatly and will help him throughout his career. He can be a special player in this league.
