    Let's get this guy. I think he one of the two or three best LBs in the league. He's had some injury problems the past two years, but I think we could get him for pretty good value- and, he's still well in his 20's. He's played successfully at all three LB positions in the 4-3... He can cover, rush, and is a great pursuit tackler.

    Those dopey Seahawks released him

    One of the two or three best LBs? I don't know about that. He's good, but not that good

    Lets see injury prone and wants a lot of money, sounds like a lock for our front seven. :heh:

    Making way too much money, which is not equal to his production. Dopey Seahawks huh....lol. The last three seasons he has been a china doll and a head case. When he plays, he is a great player, but he hardly seems to be on the field anymore. He hurt his neck putting on his helmet...I kid you not. If you get the non-injured, non-head-case Simmons, then he is a great player and a top 10 LB in the league. If you get the one the Hawks have seen the last three years, he is a waste of money and cap space.
