For thinking about driving to Tyler (from Dallas) on Sat to catch the game?
Pfft I just got tickets for the game and blue parking pass ... I am driving in from Austin and have yet to deceide if I am driving home after the game.
Every fanatic is crazy. So do it!!
I am driving in from New Braunfels......I think it is perfectly normal to drive to games from all over!!
I will be going the lazy route and watch at home, If Keye does not screw it up!
Yes, but y'all are driving to go to the game, this would be just driving to watch the game on TV in Tyler, since I can't watch it here in the DFW. Now granted it's only about 90 miles.
I'm still sitting on the fence about this.
Axman....since you are in Austin....remember that once the regular season begins, the Austinite Texans fans will be watching the games at Third Base. Hope to meet you / see you out.
Off the bat, I'm gonna answer yes to your thread title...
...gimme a minute and I'll go back and read your post...
OK... it's still a yes...
But I don't think driving that far to see a game is crazy at all.
Driving from San Antonio and Tailgating in the yellow lot!!!
Thank god Nick is driving Manny....LOL....I could never see you stay away from beer at a football game...No telling what city we would end up in on the way home.... BTW, Don't forget to give me the details on where we will all meet at to leave and what times for the chiefs game...I don't want to miss the bus
Our first run last night was a blast!! No too bad at all. We ended up with around 20-25 ppl tailgating around us not including the party with the live DJ across from us with around 40-45 ppl.
AHHHH, and i missed it....Glad everything went good for y'all....Who drove home????
I never did it for a pre-season game, but I've driven from Houston to Victoria to watch Oiler home games that were blacked out.
