per Cold Pizza
guaranteed $3.5M a season.....
So thats Randel El, Lloyd, Fauria, and now Archuleta. The NFC EAST always makes high profile FA acquisitions.
I think it's closer to $5 million per year. Waaaaay too much for a safety not named Ronnie Lott. Well, at least that's how I feel.
Don't you mean the Redskins?
At least we know were are front office gets it from. Yeah for overspending. At least Archuleta is considered the best FA at his position this offseason.
How in the world are the Redskins doing this? A few days ago, they were speculated as having to sign 20 rookies just to get under the cap. Now they've made what, 5 huge FA acqusistions, all getting enormous contracts? How is this working exactly?

Jason La Canfora, of the Washington Post, reports Washington Redskins S Adam Archuleta signed a six-year contract that averages $5 million a season to join the Redskins. Archuleta's contract includes a sizeable $10 million signing bonus.
Nice. I am starting to feel like we are all plugged into the NFL matrix and the key to winning in this game is not cap management, good drafting or team synergy. It is all about the Madden Codes.
10 Million as a signing bonus for Archuleta, and people comnplain we overpaid for Weaver.
Redskins will contend alot harder this year.
Yea Charlie Casserly use to be our GM lol.
Is Drew Brees next?
The Skins seem to be snatching up every free agent available so nobody else can get them.
I'll trade you him for your best beer man.
