    Yeah, how about that? Schaub is fairly valuable on and off the playing field for the Texans. You gotta give him credit for all he does that isn't seen on a stat sheet.

    I cant praise Schaub enough for his attitude with Yates.

    I remember a few seasons back when Rodgers came in for Green Bay, and I read in an article about it that Favre's stance on it was that he wasnt giving Rodgers advice because that isnt his job.

    I never much liked Favre after that. Seeing the exact opposite from Schaub makes me like him even more. Quality leadership. Mucho respect for the Schaubie.

    Yeah, that's a real team guy and it speaks volumes to character. Some guys wouldn't help the rookie because it could cost them a job down the road.
