Tons of talent left. This day to me is more fascinating than the first round.

    About 6 hours to go!

Media talking heads hear a name and it spreads like an STD throughout the networks...

Unfortunately, Brian Quick WR is getting chatter -- won't be available for us @58. :foottap:

Couple more hours. I think we should stand pat with our pick a let the talent fall to us just like in the first round. There will be a high quality guy there for us in round 2. Sanu, Jeffrey, Quick, Shwartz, Wolfe. etc. I'm getting excited.

hoping for cordy glenn or randle/hill but realise its unlikely where we're picking and where theyre likely to go

I can't believe I'm about to say this; because I most assuredly wouldn't have in earlier years, but I have confidence our Texans staff will make good choices.

Wonder if we could swap 2nds & throw in 4a for very early second round? Then trade 3rd (#76) and our fifth for a late second as we did last draft?

    2nd and 3rd round prospects

DT-Kendall Reyes, Jerel Worthy, Derek Wolfe, Alameda Ta'amu, Brandon Thompson, Devon Still, Billy Winn, Mike Martin, Josh Chapman

DE-Jared Crick, Trevor Guyton, Tyrone Crawford

CB-Janoris Jenkins, Josh Robinson, Trumaine Johnson, Jayron Hosley, Brandon Boykin, Ron Brooks, Alfonzo Dennard, Casey Hayward, Josh Norman, Leonard Johnson, Jamell Fleming, Trevin Wade

OT-Jonathan Martin, Bobby Massie, Mitchell Schwartz, Mike Adams, Brandon Mosley, Zebrie Sanders, Jeff Allen, James Brown, Donald Stephenson, Levy Adcock

OG-Cordy Glenn, Amini Silatolu, Kelechi Osemele, Brandon Brooks, Brandon Washington, Tony Bergstrom

C- Peter Konz, Ben Jones, Philip Blake, Michael Brewster, David Molk

WR-Stephen Hill, Rueben Randle, Brian Quick, Alshon Jeffery, Mohamed Sanu, T.Y. Hilton, Nick Toon, Tommy Streeter, Greg Childs, Marvin McNutt, Marvin Jones, Chris Givens, Joe Adams, Ryan Broyles, Danny Coale

TE- Coby Fleener, Michael Egnew, Ladarius Green, Dwayne Allen, Taylor Thompson, Orson Charles

QB-Brock Osweiler, Kirk Cousins, Nick Foles, Ryan Lindley

I'm not listing safeties and running backs because I just don't see the Texans drafting either in these 2 rounds. If I had my favorites I would say the Texans go DT/DE and WR in these 2 rounds with OL possible if the right guy is there. If they move up it could be alot different. The bolded players are the ones I like.

I'm really surprised no one has taken Hill yet. I guess that's what happens when the Raiders don't have a first round pick.
