LOL. At the bottom of the DVOA article, the writer makes the following statement for those readers who are thinking about commenting on the (lack of) accuracy of the DVOA system.
Defense-adjusted Value Over Average.
I get what they are saying. I don't think I necessarily agree with their method.

I've been looking at this every week (although I just glance at it) and the one thing it doesn't seem to account for is our strength of schedule, so lately we've really been climbing fast. Of course, IIRC, it was overly critical of us earlier in the year.

They take the opponent into account on every single play.
strength of schedule plays in to all their calculations. Early in the year they use an estimate but as real games are played they adjust it to reality.
