I think personally because of this reason, that you'll see some of the bigger Running Backs be taken early. Especially with AP's talent. As for me, we HAVE to take Peterson. :wild:
So help me if AD is there, we take him. We might as well make a whole new backfield and with a new QB, we gotta find a RB that can do damage.
I think with maybe one more draft choice, we can possibly grab a wild card spot with AD taken. I feel our defense can last a season or with later round...
Rep coming your way. As for the topic, I am curious to see what the entire NFL thinks now. Mainly the NFC and who will go after him. This offseason is exciting I will say that. :poker:
Anyone else remember that 2002 Draft show on ESPN when they said that if you look 5-6 years down the road, neither Harrington or Carr would be busts. Man that is creepy.
I personally think this opens up Quinn. If AP is still there, I think we take him though. We need young fresh talent and will find a way for him to get his job done.
Back to Quinn, I feel with this signing that it makes it almost certain. The defense can hold over for a while. Just need some...
IF this were to happen, you would need to sign a good vet to teach two ROOKIES a thing or two. As awesome as it sounds, the key word is them being rookies. In the beginning I wouldn't want BOTH of them there because I feel that our opponents would spot them and start going deep. But 2-3 years...
I don't know if we are going for overall busts. If that's the case, then Mario WIlliams was a bust. Ricky's later years showed he was a star, as I hope Mario's will show in the future.
Patriots vs. Falcons. I think Vick will finally have a year where he benefits his team's overall progress and not himself.
Darkhorse SB Chargers vs. Panthers.
