CJeremy, thank you for the friendly post. Yeah, it's funny to read that thread. I like what I said about Romo:
"Tony Romo-Havent heard anything about him yet, he played decent in last season's pre season games"
I am very excited about this upcoming season.. The roster is just stocked...
ADDRESSING A NEED WITH SOME CREATIVITY
I have to be honest, I wasn't really looking forward to this draft. Heading in, I felt that our talent level was already pretty high, and with no first round pick, it was hard to imagine how this draft could have any impact on our immediate future. It...
Chris Canty just hasn't done much in Dallas. We had high expectations for the guy, but he and Marcus Spears just haven't developed into the type of guys we hoped for.
Canty just has so much potential. Maybe a position change and move to another team would do him good.
No offense dreadhead, but the Texans have just flat out sucked. The stuff Cowboy fans have had to deal with in December is far worst than anything you've experienced as a Texan fan. One and done after a 13-3 season, bobbling a field goal attempt after outplaying the other team, the list goes on...
Yeah. I guess you're forgetting the fact they defeated the 11-2 New York Giants two weeks ago.. How mediocre. I don't think there are many teams who could get out of December with a .500 record after going up against the #1, #2, and #3 top ranked defenses and last year's Super Bowl champs. The...
I have mixed optimism for Porter.. Dallas already has three solid WRs in Owens, Glenn, and Crayton. I don't know where Porter would fit, surely he wouldn't be too happy in a back-up role.
This was an outstanding hire.. In Phillips you have a Texan, Jimmy Johnson like personality who's been in the league for 30 years and was one of the pioneers to implement the 3-4 in the NFL.
His head coach expierence is solid and I like the fact that every team he's taken over goes to the...
Right now I'm going with the popular choice-- Wade Phillips. It just seems like he fits the bill perfectly: solid 3-4 defensive coordinator, has had success as a head coach, and could teach DeMarcus Ware a few tricks of the trade like he did Shawn Merriam. But my main concern is the age factor--...
Parcells did a fine job in Dallas. Sure you can make the case of little playoff success, but when you look at the big picture how he took a team that was the joke of the NFL with Troy Hambrick and Quincy Carter as its stars, to a squad full of young extreme talent ready to be top contenders for...
Exactly my point. Alot of guys would shake off the loss like it's nothing, but Romo took it personal. I don't think I need to tell you what the Cowboys did those 5 weeks after that loss.
If the Texans had so much heart then why was there so many empty seats in Reliant through out the year?
They were absolutely destroyed by injury, but they came out and doubled their win total from last year anyways.
Amazing. Doubling their wins from a 2-12 season AND they were DECIMATED...
Well thats a smart strategy.. Read only the first paragraph and post something that totally contradicts what the rest of the post says! Heres some advice, read on..
Romo just a spark? Id take Tony over Vince anyday. The difference between the two is Romo actually had the stats to back up...
