2024 draft prospects - videos, articles.

Allen is the only RB I consider drafting early. He’s everything I think you look for in a back. If he’s there at the Texans second, I’d draft him and not think twice about it.

    NFL.COM MOCKS

Yeah, I’m here as well. College production isn’t everything, but I do think that a pass rusher who doesn’t produce in college is unlikely to produce in the pros.

2024 draft prospects - videos, articles.

I'm not sure, to be honest. My recollection is that Samuel was doing more damage on routes 10-15 yards past the LoS than Corley has shown, but I could be off. I can't say I'm disappointed, as I never expected much out of him.

2024 draft prospects - videos, articles.

I like Corley a lot as well, but I think his best position at the next level is something like a 3rd down back Plus. I don't think he's going to beat NFL CBs clean enough to get the separation he is going to need at the next level. But if teams think his blocking checks out (and he certainly...

2023 players declaring for 2024 draft

Good for all those FSU players. Usually I’m not a fan of players opting out of bowl games, but the NCAA screwed them over, so why not at this point.

    All UT Mock

All the WR talent that this class has, and you want Worthy? In the first? I get it, it is a theme mock, but I just don't get the Worthy hype. He's probably not even a top 10 receiver in the class (in my opinion- he probably gets overdrafted due to his speed, so he is definitely going to be one...

College Football Random Thought of the Day

It’s easy for me to say, since it doesn’t impact me at all, but I’d love to see the FSU players decide not to play a bowl game. They got a raw deal here. They should be in over both Texas and Alabama.

    Really Early 2024 Mock Draft…..

As Lucky says, depth is never a bad thing. And I think Van Pran is much better than both;in my opinion, he looks like a 10+ year high-level starter, and set-it and forget-it type of guy. I don't think Scruggs or Patterson are on that level.

    Really Early 2024 Mock Draft…..

I had some time so I ran a quick PFN mock. I still think there are some questionable rankings, but 24- Jared Verse, EDGE 48- Sedrick Van Pran, Center 95- Bucky Irving, RB 113- Cade Stover, TE 119- Devontez Walker, WR 194- DeWayne Carter, DT 206- Xavier Watts, S 209- Trikweze Bridges, CB

Badboy's college players to watch for future

I’m a fan of Harris; if the Texans decide not to go with WR in round 1, he’s a guy I’m hoping the Texans look at in the middle of the draft.

    2024 Draft Talk

D3 stats are hilarious. Illinois College Sr. WR Collin Brunstein currently has 91 receptions for 2195 yards and 31 TDs. He has another 1139 yards in kickoff return yards. Despite those ridiculous numbers, Illinois College lost their first playoff game.

Badboy's college players to watch for future

I agree... but it looks like the Texans won't be drafting in the top half of the round. Bowers at 10? Miss me with that. Bowers at 25? I'd be interested. I think @leebigeztx is right. When was the last time a top 16-drafted TE played a meaningful role on a SB winner? I think he will, too, so...

    2024 Draft Talk

Al Davis won his last championship in 1984. Maybe he would have had more success in the latter part of his career had he looked into more than just raw athleticism.

    2024 Draft Talk

I think what bothers me about Legette is that this is his only year with any production. In the previous 4 years, he only had a little over 400 yards combined. Is he a late bloomer, or is this a 23 year old man beating up on college kids? And yes, I know that scouting isn't just looking at the...

    2024 Draft Eligible QBs

It's a good thing people on this board don't judge QBs by their teams' win/loss records, because USC and Colorado lost again this weekend.

    2024 Draft Eligible QBs

You watch the game tape and see whose receivers are under thrown or have to wait for the ball, or see who can throw off-platform and still get the ball to the target before the window closes, or any number of things. It’s just like the 40; one player may run/throw better in his underwear, but...

    2024 Draft Eligible QBs

I was more so talking about his improvement from 2021-2022, not so much this year. You brought Manziel up first I never said arm strength; I specifically said "better arm" and clarified that I was referring to in-game. But go on, I guess. Works for me.

Badboy's college players to watch for future

I'm going to disagree with @badboy here- I like Walker a lot. He's not not in that first tier (MHJ) or second tier (Coleman, Odunze, Egbuka, Nabers), but I think he's in the next tier.
